Day by Day

We hope that everyone had a wonderful and blessed Easter. We had a good one. After church we took a few pictures then went to lunch at Carrabbas. We spent the rest of the day at home, relaxing. The kids really enjoyed their Easter baskets. Jackson was excited to find The Bee Movie in his basket as well as chocolate. Jordan was just excited to have a basket. We visited a new church for Easter, we are still on the hunt. It seems that the churches here are *very* large or *really* small. We have had a tough time finding the middle ground, which is wht we are most comfotable with. We'll leave you with a few photos from our Easter day.

Jordan has become quite the eater. She will eat two cubes of homemade baby food and half a banana at a time! Her food repertoire includes butternut squash, sweet potatoes, bananas, and avocado. Avocado is by far her favorite food, she chows down on it! We were playing around with pictures today and here's my favorite. This is my wagon from when I was little.

We spent today at the NC zoo in Asheboro, NC. We had a great time, it is an awesome zoo. Jackson enjoyed seeing giraffes and the gorilla. Adam was excited to seethe poisonous blue frog. Jordan was content because she was in the carrier. She would have been happier if we could've rolled her crib through the zoo. When she is ready for bed, she is ready at that moment and wants her own bed. I was just happy that is was 65 degrees, perfect zoo weather. Strange enough, we are in NC and run into some friends from SC. What are the odds? So we also spent the day walking around with them. I'm going to post a few more pictures of our day.

Earlier this week we had some great spring like weather. Jackson, Jordan, and I went outside to take advantage of the day. Jackson had a great time running out some energy with his soccer ball. Jordan on the other hand wasn't so sure about outside. She played with her links a little but I couldn't get her to look up for the camera. She wasn't feeling it. I think she was just ready for a nap.

On another note, she is back on her bottle and is doing well with it. She is also on solid food now.We have rice cereal and bananas down. She tried squash this morning, she is still undecided on that one!
